Structure of the study program
General competencies that students acquire upon completion of the study program Corporate Governance relate to:
- Ability to analyze, synthesize and predict solutions and consequences;
- Mastering the business principles of the company;
- Ability to independently research and present research results;
- Developing the ability of critical and self-critical thinking;
- Developing communication skills and teamwork ability.
The primary goal is to provide meaningful and quality education, as well as training young professionals to operate successfully and solve problems in the field of corporate governance.
